The Associated Press reports that Bill Cosby testified 10 years ago that he got Quaaludes in the 1970s to give to women that he wanted to have sex with.
This information was obtained in a court document unsealed by a federal judge in Philadelphia. The case was brought in 2005.
According to a court document filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Cosby testified under oath that he gave the sedative drug to at least one woman.
“When you got the Quaaludes,” asked Dolores M. Troiani, a lawyer for Ms. Constand, “was it in your mind that you were going to use these Quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?” Mr. Cosby replied, “Yes.”
