Being a multi-purpose location, equipped with a retail, restaurant and coffee shop space.
Designed by Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto, who's inspiration derived from a person's sense of residential belonging.

Various patterns on it's building structure, metallic fixures, suspended ceiling stainless steel planters, Indonesian furniture, Marcel leather armchairs, 700-hand painted panels on internal walls, an internal house restuarant named 'Kaum', in addition to a secret hangout room for music lovers.
