The New York Post apparently has tapes of Jared bragged about having sex with kids and the FBI didn't do anything really.
Recordings were made by Rochelle Herman-Walrond, a former Florida journalist who took it on herself to stop Fogle after hearing him talk about his sexual desire for children.
Herman-Walrond wore a wire for 4 1/2 years before the FBI finally took action. Apparently there are more witnesses than just Herman-Walrond; there are also witnesses from Washington and Georgia.
In an interview with ABC news, Herman-Walrond stated:
"He would tell me the ages he was interested in, boy or girl. He indicated the fact that he has done it before and told me in gross detail what transpired."
What was caught on the audio tape is very disturbing.
“I would fly us clear across the world if we need to. To Thailand or wherever we want to go. If we’re gonna try to get some young kids with us it would be a lot easier,” said 38-year-old Fogle, married father of two, in the tapes. “I had a little boy. It was amazing. It just felt so good. I mean, it felt — it felt so good.”
The charges against him have clearly ruined his relationship with Subway, and could send him away for over a decade. As part of his plea deal, Fogle agreed to pay $1.4 million in restitution to 14 of his victims, who will each receive $100,000. He will also participate in a treatment program for sexual disorders.
