On Sunday October 9th, The Hollywood Dreams Tour came to Philadelphia at the Theatre of Living Arts on South Street. The tour includes FKi 1, the main DJ and host, Larry June, Jazz Cartier, and Post Malone. The tour, started with the first show on September 14th in San Diego, California with a total of 41 shows across the states and Canada. The concert is supported by Monster energy drinks to keep the performers hydrated and  thrown onto the crowd, which surprisingly they loved.

The California rapper Larry June a.k.a. Good Job Larry opened up the show, easily winning over the crowd with his high energy. Within his first song, he got the crowd jumping and waving their hands. He involved the crowd in his performance by asking them to repeat his “Yeeehee” and jumping into the crowd. As a surprise, Pennsylvania native Asher Roth joined him on stage to perform their single  “Laundry”. But, before performing their collaboration, Asher Roth threw himself onto the fans, crowd surfed and performed his song “That’s Cute”.

Jazz Cartier, who is from Toronto, came out with intensity on 100 from the jump while performing “100 Roses”. He had the crowd rocking to every song he rapped and they held his performance up, literally. He climbed on top of the railing that separated the fans from the stage and walked into their hands while rapping his song “Dead or Alive’.

The crowd started to become anxious when FKi 1 mentioned it was time for Post Malone to come on and as soon. The beat for “White Iverson” dropped and they went crazy. Post Malone recently dropped his mixtape August 26 earlier this year that featured artists such as 2Chainz, Jeremih, Lil Yachty, and Larry June. He performed some of the songs on his mixtape and his earlier work. His fans knew every word to his songs and screamed them with him. He ended the show with “White Iverson” singing it acapella and letting his fans sing along.
