Caprese Salad

Serves 4 as antipasto

4 large, ripe tomatoes
3 balls of buffalo mozzarella
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzling
Pinch of salt
Handful oregano or basil leaves, torn if large
