Drake has had arguably the best run that we've seen in a while; providing 2 platinum projects on his own and another with his Summer Sixteen co-host, Future and not to mention VIEWS topping the charts for 11 weeks straight and his single One Dance topping for 15.
Drake's Summer Sixteen Tour hit Kansas City, Missouri last night for their third show. Drake made himself at home as the crowd sang along religiously to whatever song he or Future performed. Drake wore a University of Missouri sweatshirt while he went on to perform his VIEWS track "9" during one of his sets.
Midway through his performance, Drake takes time to acknowledge and thank the crowd for their hospitality. He also provides words of the wisdom as he tells them to "spread love and good energy". He then goes on to reveal that he is working on a new mixtape.
Prior to this announcement, Zaytoven also recently announced a collaborative project between Drake and Gucci would be coming soon as well. It seems as if Drake doesn't plan on ending his run anytime soon.
