Lil Yachty, one of hip hop's biggest names as of late, will soon be traveling the country. Last night, the Atlanta rapper announced his first solo tour, "The Boat Show," which begins August 6. Tickets will go on sale July 8.
Yachty also announced that every show would be available for all ages.
Yachty, who is just 18-years-old, has taken the rap scene by storm over the last few months. His presence at the front of hip hop was cemented with the release of his "Lil Boat" mixtape in March and continues to be confirmed with hit singles and guest features since that acclaimed mixtape. From his appearance on D.R.A.M.'s "Broccoli" to Chance the Rapper's "Mixtape," and not to mention his presence on the XXL Freshman of the Year class, Yachty's name and image is quickly becoming known.
Bolstered by a never-seen-before style, Yachty has used his sound and image to propel himself to the height of the rap scene. This tour will undoubtedly help extend his broad appeal and popularity amongst hip hop fans.
