I love food, and I'm sure if you are reading this you do too!

If you are like me you enjoy watching the Food Network, more specifically the show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. And for those who don't, no worries because I will be writing posts about restaurants and specific dishes on that show! Starting off with burgers for that 4th of July fun!

1) "Poor Boy" Double Burger — Parkette Drive-In (Lexington, Ky.)

I have to start off with the double burger from Lexington, Ky, since I went to college there. As you can see, this burger includes two all-beef patties, cheese, a bit of onion, lettuce, tomato, pickle, mustard, Parkette sauce and two buns to close this amazing dish. Now, depending on how you feel, you can get a side of onions or something else.

2) Italian Stallion Burger - Burger Me (Truckee, Calif.)

This is a wonderful "food baby" made by a typical burger and deli sandwich. The burger includes a juicy free-range bison meat with fresh mortadella, salami, provolone cheese, lettuce tomato, hot chopped peppers and more. Salivating from the mouth already? That's ok, we are too.

3) The Guy's Big Bite Burger — The Nook (St. Paul, Minn.)

This burger is a pepper Jack cheese-stuffed burger with bacon, roast beef and cheddar. Need I say more?

4) Mac Attack Burger — Boston Burger Co. (Somerville, Mass.)

Homemade four-cheese macaroni and cheese on a burger! My taste buds are already jumping for joy.

5) Christmas Burger — The Ace (Toronto)

Lastly, the holiday turkey burger, which features a stuffing enter, topped with cranberry and bourbon compote.
