Alive in the face of death is a photo collaboration between John Rankin and Andrew Gallimore.
The true purpose of this photo shoot depicts the issues of terminal illness and morality. Rankin went through his own personal struggles, having experienced events of of death in 2005 when his parents died.
From that point in his life, he was inspired through grief to celebrate life, by doing so through this photo series. This collaboration displays the individual and passionate stories of men and women who've experienced the effects of death vicariously, depicting each not as a victim - but as an inspiration.
This is a collection you must check out for yourself to experience.
