Remember the guy who sued Jay Z for 7 million over a breach of contract for his Roc-A-Fella logo design? Well, Mr. Dwayne Walker is back with vengeance. This time aiming at mega pop star Beyonce.
Dwayne Walker claims that he's the creator and rightful owner of the iconic logo and is now suing Beyonce for displaying his alleged work in her 2013 "Drunk In Love" music video without permission. However, the lawsuit does not include Jay Z who makes a brief appearance in the music video rocking his Roc chain. Walker wants the courts to "put a stop" to Beyonce's video and "cut him a slice of the profits" according to sources.
Although he lost the last court battle due to incongruent evidence, I don't think Queen Bey is going down without a fight.
