It's been just over a week since Golden State Warriors star, Stephen Curry went down with a sprained MCL against the Houston Rockets. With little to no debate, we can assure that the MVP is itching to get back on the court. But, does his team actually need him? In a recent sideline interview, Curry informed ESPN that if he gets cleared today, he will resume to some light shooting and drills to hopefully join his team on Game 3.
Lets face it. The Blazers struggle with gauarding on the wing, leaving the Warriors open to shoot three pointers. Although they cannot imitate Steph Curry, the Warriors bench is better. Therefore, they can make the adjustment even without their star player. So my answer, is no. But, they will need him against the Spurs.
