Stephen Curry is giving NBA 2K developers a rough time in making virtual version of him for the hit basketball video game. Why? Might you ask? Well for starters, the man virtually makes every shot he shoots. Another good point is that his playing style is awkward.

According to Mike Wang, director of NBA 2K says the game has a formula in place, consisting of advanced metrics that prevents players from taking reckless shots or unrealistic three-pointers. However, Stephen Curry's style perfectly describes what players are encouraged NOT to do if trying to win against their competitors.

“Taking 3s off the dribble are also definitely discouraged in NBA 2K,” Wang said. “Especially after over-dribbling beforehand.”

But wait, there's more.

“To be completely honest, we are still looking for ways to better translate his game into NBA 2K,” says Wang. “He’s a ‘rule breaker’ when it comes to jump shooting … he becomes a problem in the video game world where we’ve been trying to train our gamers [to know] that certain types of shots should be rewarded versus others.”
