Paul Walker's 16-year-old daughter, Meadow, is suing Porsche for wrongful death in her father's murder claiming that he burned alive because of malfunctions in the car itself.
Meadow claims that the reason her father died was because the seatbelt in the Carrera GT hindered him from being able to move in time to save himself from the burning car. She states "when the car crashed and broke apart, Paul’s seat belt snapped his torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis.”
The suit basically states that Paul was still alive during the time of the initial accident.
Jeff Milam, Meadows Lawyer tells TMZ that the Carerra GT is a very dangerous car. They claim that the Porsche Carrera GT has a history of instability and control issues and Porsche knows that.
