Lately, I've been disinterested in the lack of creative genius present within upcoming fashion designers. There is a literal creative process- one fixated in supplying the consumer with clothing that will yield a profit. We've all experienced this lackluster model - oversized t-shirts, sweatpants and cool jackets. I do not despise this creative model, however I have become more interested in emerging designers who take the calculated or in most cases, uncalculated risk to create something worth the spectacle.
